Are online classes worth it? Mental health is a topic that isn't usually taken very seriously, especially during tough times that are being faced by us now. The pandemic did not just cause financial or economical crashes, but also mental health issues. It has become hard to measure progress with results. Studying online has exerted so much pressure not only physically but also mentally as students would feel trapped in long hours of tiring classes without proper amount of breaks whereas in schools the whole scenario is different as students will be able to meet friends, talk and laugh or even just goof around together but here it's a whole different story, you're just expected to sit in front of your screen for hours on end. Not many of us can stay this way and we fall into a deep pit of 'depression', 'anxiety' and so many other unspoken issues! but the real question here is 'is this worth it?' is this worth my time or my teacher's time?? and ...
Great Post! Sucks to say it's increasing,but fingers crossed 🤞that the generation who says everything on social media...follows it. Even if it's half of us, it would be a humongous change and benefit for all.
