Do online classes cause any impact in our lives?

Are online classes worth it?

Mental health is a topic that isn't usually taken very seriously, especially during tough times that  are being faced by us now. The pandemic did not just cause financial or economical crashes, but also mental health issues. It has become hard to measure progress with results. Studying online has exerted so much pressure not only physically but also mentally as students would feel trapped in long hours of tiring classes without proper amount of breaks whereas in schools the whole scenario is different as students will be able to meet friends, talk and laugh or even just goof around together but here it's a whole different story, you're just expected to sit in front of your screen for hours on end. Not many of us can stay this way and we fall into a deep pit of 'depression', 'anxiety' and so many other unspoken issues! but the real question here is 'is this worth it?' is this worth my time or my teacher's time?? and let's be honest we don't have any one to one interaction, not much of participation, it hinders our creative thinking skills, and you get loaded with a bunch of assignments! and the increased amount of radiation causes issues to our eyes too! is all this really worth our time and effort? definitely not! it's just hurting us more and in a situation where we are unable to do anything is what that pains me, but at a time like now all talking out load, expressing our feelings and difficulties matter the most! so to anyone reading this all i would like to say is please don't bottle up your feelings it doesn't do any good. Talk to anyone at all trust me it will make you feel better even just writing all your thoughts in a journal or a diary will help. Do stay hydrated and keep doing eye exercises. Just know that you aren't alone in this battle we are all with you and we can fight this through together :)
