Depression

Many find depression to be a very sensitive topic to touch on but, only when spoken out aloud can it liberate the one suffering from it. out of the 7.5 billion people who exist on earth around 264 million people suffer from depression. Now yes, that is a lot of people! and not many are willing to express it because it is considered a big taboo for some reason. Depression is not a petty, minor problem that will go away on its own, it is also not a 'phase' that will just dissolve like adolescence. Infact, depression leaves a long lasting impact in one's life and in worse cases death. The amount of people who have solely died due to depression is about 800,000 people   all over the globe! hence, it must not be denigrated. Well this is a major question that keeps arising 'What must one do when they know that they're suffering from depression?' The biggest and most difficult step is to reach out to someone and talk, it could be anyone that the individual finds comf

Toxic femininity

This topic is so underrated honestly people need to notice this and talk about it! So what exactly is toxic femininity you ask? It's nothing but women who might want to exploit feminism and pretend that the man/men is at fault. Let's take an example shall we? Johnny Depp losing his case though there was sufficient information and proof that clearly stated that Amber Heard was the real abuser. ouch! And so many other cases where women threaten to file a r*pe case on a man because of a completely different issue and in reality he wouldn't have indulged in that! now whose the real abuser? is it the man or the women? Feminism in the dictionary states this:  the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the  EQUALITY   of the sexes. And there are hypocrites who claim to be feminists but do something else instead. I'm asking a question to these women in specific 'will you be happy to hear that someone else who is just like you frames your brother or father for somet

Ever been ghosted by someone?

Well Homo sapiens are complex and also very unique beings aren't they? I am one too! and most importantly there are positive and negatives about being a human being or even being around other human beings! As every cheesy movie line says that there are about 7 billion people in this planet I'm definitely someone who asks " WHY ME"  all the time! I'm pretty sure everyone reading my blog has been ghosted by someone in some way or another and yes that is a really bad thing to go through and according to a study by POF approximately 80% of millennials have been ghosted and that's crazy!! ghosting someone is also a sort of mental abuse and people thinking it as a trend must totally stop because you're just hurting somebody who doesn't know why you're ignoring them. It is fine to cut someone off your life but not stating a reason and just leaving them to ponder upon where they have gone wrong or overthink upon such behavior makes them almost get a mini

Do online classes cause any impact in our lives?

Are online classes worth it?   Mental health is a topic that isn't usually taken very seriously, especially during tough times that  are being faced by us now. The pandemic did not just cause financial or economical crashes, but also mental health issues. It has become hard to measure progress with results. Studying online has exerted so much pressure not only physically but also mentally as students would feel trapped in long hours of tiring classes without proper amount of breaks whereas in schools the whole scenario is different as students will be able to meet friends, talk and laugh or even just goof around together but here it's a whole different story, you're just expected to sit in front of your screen for hours on end. Not many of us can stay this way and we fall into a deep pit of 'depression', 'anxiety' and so many other unspoken issues! but the real question here is 'is this worth it?' is this worth my time or my teacher's time?? and
